- HEALTH GUARANTEE
Carnmoney Poodles' licensed veterinarian, Dr. Mark Norman, will examine
the poodle before shipping. The puppy is guaranteed to be healthy
and sound upon arrival.
This Health Guarantee is for the benefit and protection of BOTH the
buyer (you) and the seller (Carnmoney Poodles) and to guarantee that
you received a healthy puppy upon purchase.
For Carnmoney Poodles' Health Guarantee to be in effect after
receiving your new puppy,
- you will need to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian
within 3 days of purchase for a well-puppy check-up. Sundays and
holidays are not counted because veterinarian offices are not
usually open for business on these days. We realize that 3 days
is a short time period, but we prefer that the puppy be checked
as soon as possible before families develop a strong bonding to
their new baby.
- Failure to have a well-puppy check-up within 3 days will render
your Health Guarantee void.
If within 3 days your puppy is diagnosed with a serious life threatening
health problem such as heart, liver, or kidney that existed prior
to you receiving the puppy, the puppy can be returned and a replacement
puppy of equal value, pedigree and size will be granted. If the puppy
was shipped to you, Carnmoney Poodles will refund 100% of the actual
cost of the airfare plus pay for the cost of the puppy's return airfare!
No other breeder will provide you with this level of guarantee!
If the puppy dies within the first 3 days of purchase,
- the Buyer must have an autopsy performed at a Diagnostic Laboratory
Clinic to determine the cause of death. The purpose of the autopsy
is to verify that the puppy did not die due to injury, accident,
or an illness that was caused by the Buyer.
- 100% of the purchase price of the puppy will be refunded ONLY
if the death was caused by an illness that existed prior to the
buyer receiving the puppy.
- A copy of the report must be forwarded to Carnmoney Poodles
before determining if a refund will be provided.
If you decide to return the puppy due to life threatening
health problems you must:
- Provide a signed statement from your veterinarian showing the
date, within the 3-day period, on which they conducted their examination
and the reason why they believe the puppy has a serious life threatening
health problem that existed prior to you receiving the puppy.
- Seller must be informed of the buyer's decision to return the
puppy within the first 3 days of purchase and the puppy must be
returned along with the puppy's AKC or CKC registration application
or papers.
If you choose to keep the puppy, regardless of any health
issue, Carnmoney Poodles will NOT issue a refund for:
- the cost of the puppy or,
- for any other expense, including airfare or veterinarian expenses
If another puppy is available, the buyer can choose a replacement
puppy.
- A replacement puppy is not a requirement; it is only an option
for the buyer to consider
- If the buyer chooses a replacement puppy that has a value greater
than the original puppy's purchase price buyer is responsible
for the difference in cost
Buyer understands that the seller will not be responsible
for veterinarian bills or any other expenses incurred for the care
of the puppy, within the first 3 days or at any other time thereafter
unless stated above.
Carnmoney Poodles' Health Guarantee DOES NOT cover circumstances beyond
our control such as
- diet
- feeding
- chronic issues
- lifestyle

- ADULT ATTRIBUTES
People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of
a puppy upon maturity. We can only estimate those things from the
background of the parents and from photo gallery. For this reason,
we cannot guarantee adult sizes, color, personality, or breeding potential
of the puppy. There are many variables that affect a dog's weight
as they grow and mature such as diet and exercise.

- GENETICS
DNA Certification
All of our studs are DNA Certified. DNA certification provides a unique
DNA analysis for each dog and a DNA profile number. It allows us to
guarantee our AKC pedigreesand the pedigree of each puppy.
Patella Luxation
Patella Luxation is the dislocation of the kneecap from abnormal structure
of the stifle joint and is usually an inhereited developmental defect.
All of our puppies receive a preliminary screening for patella luxation
before they go to their new home. The OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for
Animals) maintains a patellar luxation registry for all dogs, but
the puppy must be at least 12 months old before testing (X-rays) can
be performed. We will not breed a dog with patella luxation because
it can be genetically passed down to their offspring.
